for a rounded diet....

Sooooo, my friend John commissioned me to paint something for his room, and he specifically requested something modern. I had been looking through a little taschen design book as well as an art deco book, so I was feelin' the graphic design bug. John's also the worlds biggest guinness fan, and I'm in love with the "My goodness my guinness!" advertisments.......so naturally, out came a guinness-inspired painting!

I'm not sure whether to put this under traditional art or design or advertisments or what. I mean, the focus isn't so much the use of oil paint, it's more the graphic design......oh, I don't know. Just lemme know what you think.

I submitted this design on a smaller scale to threadless.com, so please please please go have a little look-see! (And vote "5" and "I'd buy it" if you feel so inclined!) It's not terribly wonderful and could be a lot better in my personal opinion, but, well, this *was* my first go at this threadless thing.
