I think I could have better achieved the mood I was going for had I colored this with watercolor or some other paint, but nooooOooo....I have to be a nut and do it in photoshop and waste 25 hours of my life on it. I really, really need a tablet.
The outfit she's wearing is one that I was hoping to create and cosplay in this past summer at Anime Expo, but I wound up not going. Maybe I'll be able to make it at some point in the future, but I have a strong feeling that I'm not going to be attending a convention for a while.
