I liked it so much I placed it in my valentines feature

I like the color scheme. The dark purple/blue is a nice change from a solid black and the "gritty" texture of the outline of the couple is really nice. I also love their perspective and placement.
The one element I'm not fully certain about is some of the splattering on the lower half of the poster. I don't dislike it, but I'm more partial to the hearts in the upper half of the poster.
The fonts are great, especially the title. Doesn't appear that you have lost any of your edge. At least not to me.
All of your gig posters make me want to see the gigs that they're advertising for, so you're definitely doing something super right.
